dc.descriptionScott Higham is a member of the investigations unit of The Washington Post, and a Pulitzer Prize Winner. Since joining The Post, he investigated the deaths of foster children, waste and fraud in Homeland Security contracts, the treatment of detainees at Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib, and conflicts of interest on Capitol Hill. He speaks about how he became an investigative journalist, and he described how he covered many of his investigative news stories. A question and answer session followed.en_US
