| dcterms.abstract | This book contains two hundred sixty-nine recipes and includes lists of ingredients. The chapters are titled: Appetizers; Soups; Beef; Pork; Poultry; Seafood; Vegetables and Salads; Sauces; Egg Dishes; Rice and Noodles; Desserts; Miscellaneous. Before the recipes, there is single page with acknowledgments. Included is a table of contents, organized by chapter title. After the recipes, there are blank pages for recording personal favorite recipes. A contributor's name is noted after almost every recipe. This edition was printed by Fund Craft Publishing of Collierville, TN. Its illustrations are by Doris Ong. This cover is different from the other two volumes. Many recipes are identical to those in one or the other previous editions published by this club. This edition states: Favorite Recipes of Members of the GFWC Desert Jade Woman's Club, and lists other editions: 1966,1980, and 1990 by Desert Jade Women's Club. | |
