The front cover has a Chinese woman pointing to a bowl of fruit, with four westerners in the background. The back cover depicts a woman shopping at a grocery. It also shows the Bureau of Food Sanitation and Health Seal of Good Housekeeping magazine. Almost every page has a color picture of a LaChoy product. The spelling of La Choy or LaChoy in this annotation follows style used in this booklet. | |
