| dcterms.abstract | This book, in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, has forty-four recipes written in standard style. The recipe categories are titled only in Chinese; all are desserts. Before the recipes, there is a single page introduction, only in Chinese. Three pages of contents lists recipes in page order in Chinese, English, and Indonesian. After the recipes, each with a color photograph of its completed dish, are recipes in Indonesian. After the recipes, thre are six pages only in Chinese. This is ninth in a series of books by this author, with recipes from her restaurant called Sweet Dynasty. Her English name is Daisy Hong, and she also publishes books using the name Hong Jui Xian. | |
