dcterms.abstractWritten in both Chinese and English, this book contains sixty recipes written in standard style. There are no recipe chapter headings. Before the recipes, there is a single page titled: `Recommendation by Chien Chentung, Chairman of the Taiwan Gourmet Association.` There is a preface about eating a vegetarian diet by the authors. Two pages of Contents with recipes in page order. Followed by, two pages titled: `Everything you need to know about Techniques of Dessert-making.` Each recipe has a full or half page color photograph of its completed dish, an many have smaller ones depicting steps in the process. Some recipes have a box offering a tip or two. After the recipes there is a single page about the authors. This book is one of nine in the Healthy cooking with Vegetarian Principles series.
